Shrink Sleeves
Valley Label is a fully integrated converter of shrink sleeve labels. Your labels will be printed on one of our state of the art 8 and 9 color 18" and/or 22" UV/water-based Flexographic presses. The finishing, rewinding and inspection of the printed sleeves is done all in-house which ensures quality control and speed to market.Shrink sleeve labels offer many benefits over conventional labeling techniques:
- The shelf appeal of having complete 360 degree graphical coverage.
- More usable label area than pressure-sensitive, roll-fed or glue-applied labels.
- The ability to design Tamper Evident features right into the sleeve, eliminating secondary packaging.
- Sleeves can be used for promotional or multipack applications when high impact graphics are required.
Shrink sleeve labels can be applied on a wide range of containers, bottles and packages, and utilized for many different types of applications. Shrink sleeve labels can conform to a multitude of shapes and sizes that other label technologies cannot. Roll Fed Film Labels
Valley Label has developed a reputation for producing high quality, unsupported film labels, labels that run well on high-speed label application equipment lines. Major end uses include film labels for such products as juice, water, and cheese.Flexible Packaging
Valley Label offers a wide variety of flexible package printing. We have access to many packaging constructions that meets our customer's individual requirements. With short lead times we deliver your product in approximately two weeks or less.Food Packaging
Our printing presses are capable of water-based laminating that meet the FDA food packaging regulations. Polyester, polypropylene, and polyethylene films are used to create a package that provides our customers with the necessary properties they require for their individual packaging requirements.Pressure Sensitive Labels
Valley Label has the capabilities to produce more traditional pressure sensitive label products. With 8-color and 9-color presses, we produce the most demanding labels. Materials printed include paper, film, synthetics, and foils.Sheet Labels
We produce a variety of sheeted products in sizes up to 18" x 24". Pressure-sensitive and non pressure-sensitive materials are printed, diecut and sheeted in-line on our presses.Tags
Valley label produces individual die cut tags, fan-folded tags, and continuous roll tags. We are able to print on materials up to 24 point.
