Production Capabilities
Press
At Valley Label, we continue to expand our production capabilities. In 2006, we added our largest flexographic press to-date; a 22” wide 9-color press designed to run multiple substrates at speeds up to 750 fpm. The press is well suited to run roll-fed film labels and flexible packaging.
Inks
Valley Label runs both water-based and UV inks, coatings and adhesives on all of our printing presses. Custom matched colors and process printing are standard for Valley Label. We work closely with our plate suppliers to profile our presses to be able to match color accurate proofs on press. Proofs are made on the specific substrate that your project will be produced on.
Finishing
Slitting and rewinding are very critical components in any flexographic operation. Valley Label has invested in state-of-the-art designed slitters/rewinders specific for film and package printing. This allows us to maintain tight tolerances and produce a finished product that is going to run well on packaging lines.
